This Privacy Notice explains how Faith & Miracle International Church — operated by the Incorporated Trustees of Gbemiga Adetuberu Ministry (Corporate Affairs Commission registration CAC/IT No. 106881), also known as GF David Ministries, at www.gfdavidministries.com ("FMIC", "the Church", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, transfers and otherwise processes Personal Data obtained through our website and related digital services. FMIC is committed to protecting your privacy and processing your Personal Data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act ("NDPA") 2023, applicable regulations and guidance issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission ("NDPC"), and other applicable data protection laws.
1.1. Faith & Miracle International Church is a church based in Ibadan, Nigeria, operated by the Incorporated Trustees of Gbemiga Adetuberu Ministry (registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC/IT No. 106881) and also known as GF David Ministries. It operates the website and digital services at www.gfdavidministries.com (the "Website").
1.2. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, FMIC is the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected through the Website, except where otherwise expressly stated. We determine the purposes and means of processing and ensure that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law.
1.3. This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Data collected through the Website, including: member and guest accounts; online giving and partnership; the online store; event registrations; prayer requests; testimony submissions; faith-tool and visit requests; newsletter subscriptions; contact and support communications; and general visits to the Website.
1.4. This Privacy Notice applies to all users of the Website, including members, guests, donors, partners, store customers, event registrants, and visitors.
1.5. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, giving, placing an order, registering for an event, submitting a prayer request or testimony, subscribing to communications, or otherwise providing Personal Data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.

3.1. Information you provide to us, including: full name; email address; telephone number; residential, postal or delivery address; account login credentials; profile photograph or avatar; giving and partnership details; store order details; event registration details; and any other information you choose to provide.
3.2. Giving and transaction information — the amount, fund/category, frequency and history of donations and partnership contributions, and associated payment references. We do not collect or store your full card or bank-account numbers; card and account details are entered directly with our payment processors (see §7).
3.3. Store information — items ordered, order history, delivery address, and — for digital products — download entitlements.
3.4. Content you submit — prayer requests, testimonies (including any images or documents you attach), contact-form messages, and similar submissions. See §5 for how we handle sensitive information within this content.
3.5. Technical information — IP address; browser type; device identifiers; operating system; pages viewed and usage/interaction data; log data; and referral URLs.
4.1. We collect Personal Data when you: create or update an account; give or set up a partnership; place a store order; register for an event; submit a prayer request, testimony, faith-tool request or visit plan; subscribe to our newsletter; contact us; or otherwise interact with the Website.
4.2. We also collect certain technical information automatically as you use the Website, and we may derive statistical and analytical insights from the data we collect.
4.3. We may receive limited information from our service providers — for example, confirmation of a successful payment from our payment processors, or basic profile information from Google where you choose to sign in with Google.
5.1. Because we are a church, some information you provide may be Sensitive Personal Data — for example, the fact that you engage with the Church may reveal your religious beliefs, and prayer requests or testimonies may include details about your health, family or personal circumstances.
5.2. We process Sensitive Personal Data on the basis of your explicit consent and, where applicable, because you have manifestly made the information public by choosing to share it with us (for example, by submitting a testimony for publication). We apply additional care and access restrictions to such information.
5.3. Prayer requests are used to enable the Church to pray for and, where you request, follow up with you. You may ask us to keep a prayer request confidential to the ministry team, and you may request its deletion at any time.
5.4. Testimonies may be published. If you submit a testimony, you understand that it (and any images you attach) may be displayed publicly on the Website (for example on the homepage or testimonies wall). You may request that a published testimony be amended or removed. Supporting documents you attach are treated as internal and are not published.
5.5. You may withdraw your consent to our processing of Sensitive Personal Data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, by contacting us (§18).
6.1. We process Personal Data only where there is a lawful basis under Applicable Data Protection Laws.
6.2. Purposes include: creating and managing accounts; processing and recording giving, partnerships, refunds and payment reconciliation; fulfilling store orders and providing digital downloads; administering event registrations; receiving and responding to prayer requests, testimonies and other submissions; sending administrative and service communications; providing pastoral care and follow-up; maintaining the security and integrity of the Website; keeping proper financial and ministry records; complying with legal and regulatory obligations; improving our services and understanding how they are used; sending newsletters and updates where permitted; and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards required under Applicable Data Protection Laws, which may include contractual safeguards, reliance on adequacy mechanisms, regulatory approvals where required, and appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
8.3. By using the Website, you acknowledge that certain service providers we engage may process Personal Data in more than one jurisdiction.

10.1. We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
10.2. Retention periods vary by data type and having regard to legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations; the resolution of disputes; fraud prevention and security; and legitimate operational needs. Giving and financial records are generally retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
10.3. We may retain certain information after account closure where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain appropriate records, or resolve disputes. Where Personal Data is no longer required, we securely delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it.
11.1. We implement appropriate technical, organisational and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, access or misuse. These include encryption in transit, access controls and authentication, monitoring and logging, secure storage, confidentiality obligations for those with access, and periodic reviews.
11.2. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing; we cannot see your password. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our systems.
11.3. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and taking reasonable precautions to protect your devices.
11.4. Where we become aware of a Personal Data breach, we will investigate, contain and remediate it and, where required by law, notify affected individuals and the NDPC within the timeframes prescribed.
12.1. Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: obtain confirmation of whether we process your Personal Data; access your Personal Data; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion in certain circumstances; request restriction of processing; object to processing on grounds relating to your situation; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; request data portability where applicable; and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (see §17).
12.2. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in §18. We may require reasonable verification of your identity before responding, and may refuse or limit requests where permitted by law. We will respond within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law.
13.1. As a church, we recognise that children and young people are part of our community. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may only create an account or provide Personal Data through the Website with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
13.2. Where a minor participates in church activities or events, we expect a parent or guardian to provide and manage the relevant information and consent on the minor's behalf.
13.3. A parent or guardian may review, update, or request deletion of their child's Personal Data, and may withdraw consent, by contacting us (§18).
13.4. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without appropriate parental/guardian consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or obtain the necessary consent.
14.1. With your consent where required, we may send you newsletters and updates about the Church's services, events, and ministry activities, by email.
14.2. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, adjusting your newsletter preference in your account, or contacting us. Opting out of marketing will not stop service, transactional, security or administrative messages (for example, giving receipts, order confirmations, or account-security emails).
15.1. The Website may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services (for example, YouTube live streams, or payment-processor checkout pages). This Privacy Notice does not apply to those third parties.
15.2. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service before providing Personal Data.
16.1. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. The updated version will be published on the Website with its effective date, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Notice.
17.1. If you believe we have processed your Personal Data in breach of Applicable Data Protection Laws, please contact us first (§18) so we can address your concern.
17.2. If you remain dissatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) or any other competent supervisory authority. Nothing in this Notice restricts your statutory rights or remedies.
