Alignment with God's Agenda

There must be a test before God's blessing. Every believer wants the promise, but few are willing to embrace the process. Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Notice it says all things work together for good, not all things feel good. The test is part of the working.

There is a calling, which is a desire and an ability working together. God does not call you to something and withhold the capacity to do it. If He has placed the desire in you, He has also placed the grace to fulfill it. Your job is to furnish yourself with prayer and fasting so that desire and ability align with purpose instead of running ahead of it.

God doesn't use people and dump them. It is men who dump God. When believers feel discarded or forgotten, it is rarely God who moved. Leviticus 10:1 tells the story of Nadab and Abihu, who "offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not." They stepped outside what God had instructed, and it cost them everything. God did not abandon them, they abandoned alignment.

There are levels for every believer. As a believer climbs from one level to the next, there are some things they must not do. What was tolerated at one level of your walk will not be tolerated at the next. Growth in God always comes with greater responsibility and greater boundaries.

God will not judge you without warning. He is faithful to correct before He corrects severely. If He is speaking to you now, whether through His word, through a prophecy, or through a quiet conviction, do not ignore it.

Loyalty and love will not hurt another person. If what you are doing in the name of loyalty or love is causing harm, it is neither loyalty nor love, it is disorder wearing their name.

God gives prophecy so you don't live anyhow. Prophecy is not meant to entertain you, it is meant to direct you. When God speaks concerning your life, He is calling you into alignment, not simply informing you of what is ahead.
